Mericle Productivity Server’s integrated productivity tools can replace many of the piecemeal systems found on typical networks such as informal desktop databases, stand alone word processors and spreadsheets. On board PAS support is provided for these functions for use over a local area network. Mericle PAS records can be pre-populated or entered as required at the time of service provision.

Seamless Integration

Once an individual is registered on Mericle PAS, their record is automatically forwarded to the Patient Register when an episode is initiated. PAS records are kept up to date with any changes made during the course of the episode.

Change Logging

Both PAS and Patient records are fully supported by the Industry and Healthcare domain databases. Individual GPs, and Surgeries are independently managed to maximise data currency as GPs move around.
Any change to the PAS or Patient record is logged in the history register for that individual. History records are kept online so that, for example, previous addresses or GPs can be made the current ones for new episodes.
